Sad to see this Niocla, I’ll rewite this one up for you as well.
Lol! You got proper burned by someone who’s mocking you now. Why didn’t you take proper precautions- greed for the Saturn unit and for making a profit (in terms of goods acquired) that logically you couldn’t expect to see. Luckily you only got ripped off for plastic, not anything more. Think yourself lucky
Nicola, I don’t know if this will make you feel better, but being someone whose been in this boat before, they will get what’s coming to them in the end.
Karma is a … you know and it comes back to haunt everyone. I’m really sorry he burned you and is pulling this crap. I wish I could do more to help.
Rubbish. Look at Richard Branson- mulit billionaire, key proponent of opposing the minimum wage, makes a massive profit from paying his staff pennies, disposes of his companies just before they are heading to faliure meaning the buyers lose fortunes by blindly accepting his reputation- what’s ever happened to him, karma wise?
Some “Friends” of mine are going to take care of his ebay account.
Well, his house did get burnt to the ground…
No such thing as Karma. Crap happens if your a saint or a devil.
there may not be anything you could do to get the gameboy back, but you could keep him from listing this on ebay.
technically, this is a stolen property and you do have photographic proof that you have owned this + all the emails + board discussions of the past. you could go into the ebay discussion boards and try to seek help from the members.
this sort of thing happens with fine art. if a painting or print is stolen, it is red flagged in the fine art market so if it ever comes up on sale, it does get reported and eventually returned to its rightful owner.
So win the auction, and then tell him you want to pick it up and give him cash. See if he gives you his address
this reminded me of the story on consumerist about the guy who conned the woman who wouldnt pay for the tickets she won in his auction. pretty cool story.

Don’t worry. I will win the auction. He won’t get to sell it this time round, hopefully that can buy you some time. I’ll see how long I can string him along to give you time.
I have this feeling the high bidder isn’t going to pay.
Don’t worry I’m not paying. I’ve already left him bad feedback, clear as day. Feedback down to 91% and I’ll be keeping an eye on his account too to see what other damage I deal. Nothing illegal and less than he deserves for sure.
So I take it was a good thing I bid 10,000 Euros, lol.
Just got an email that ebay germany is investigating the auction and has pulled it. Victory!
