Commodore C64 Commemorative “Goldene Edition”

The auction has already ended. Too late (and expensive), but it's worth checking. It has been featured on Gamescollection.it, and that's where I've found it.

It's unbelievable. A golden C64 made in very very limited quantities to commemorate the 1 million units sold in 1986. More than 3K €. And it's really worth it.

Oh they appear reasonably often… but no one can fathom why this went for so much compared to others.

How much they use to sell for?

They have slowly gone up in price over the years, though I’ve seen them stabilise in the 1500-2000 Euro mark. Same sort of level as a C65 would command.

Do they only appear on Ebay Italy? Nicola, if you see another one in the future, could you post it up here for us so we get a chance to watch it? Thanks alot!
