When a seller that has soo many Atari games for sale, makes an auction like this one, I usually feel like he knows it’s nothing that unique, but…I’d ask for a picture of the actual game on a tv screen. Who knows? Actually there’s an EPROM on that PCB.

Another Super Copa? And with a different label? OMG, this will be nice to watch! How many different versions are there?

I don’t know. I never saw any super copa, and this week I saw 2! With different labels! I’ll not be surprised it some guy in Argentina, Paraguay or other latin america country comes with another version! It would be a nightmare to collect them all.
But this seller was very clever taking pictures of this cart with that gold snes pad in the background… It makes me wish it even more!

Clearly, the Brazilian version of Super Copa as opposed to the Mexican one. Not even worth mentioning.
That Super Copa is obviously a pirate. It doesn’t even have the serial code on it.

Hi! I’m the seller of the Super Copa game! This game isn’t a pirate, all the Brazilian games were made by Playtronic, under license of nintendo of America. You can research this by yourself.
To be honest, there is pretty much no information on Playtronic snes games here. I personally have never heard of them, nor seen them before. Super Copa was also apparently marketed directly by ASC Games.
However, this topic interests me. Perhaps if you can point me towards more information.
And a trivia about the Super Copa I’m selling. It is a version of Tony Meola’s, with translated text and with some LOCAL advertising. You can see ads of brazilian companies there! Very odd!
Thanks for the interested and sorry if I sounded rude.
Thanks. Actually, I know a fair amount about Super Copa, as my buddy’s uncle owned the company that made it. I was under the impression that his company marketed it directly in South America. I guess that wasn’t the case!
BTW, if you have pictures of any other Playtronic games, I am making a list for my website, so that more information can come out.

Hmm, I had a search around the Brazillian Ebay, and managed to find a ton of Playtronic games. I am making a list!
