Metal Gear Solid Notebook

One thing I love about new releases for older franchises, is that it brings all the promo items out of the woodwork - and makes them more expensive. Case in point, this Promo Metal Gear Solid Notebook. Has a metal cover on both sides, and includes six high-quality artwork pictures from the original game, followed by blank pages to be used as a journal or sketchbook.

According to the seller as it was only available when pre-ordering the original Metal Gear Solid game in 1998. Wow. Realizing I got that game for Christmas ten years ago (and a snazzy new dual shock too) makes me feel old.

I’ve had one of these kept away for a very long time
but thought it might be worthless. Mine is also mint.

I had no idea this was worth anything. I have one sitting on my shelf, although it’s not in as good condition.
