Why does Japan get all the cool promo items?
Case in point these Super Mario Bros Bottle Caps. For bonuses like that, I would drink A LOT of extra caffeine.
someone has already taken advantage of the “buy-it-now” price, and to be honest, that wasn’t a bad price at all. I remember having a friend in japan at the time that this promotion was launched and I paid for all of the pepsi twist that I purchased to procure as many of the bottle cap toppers as possible to try and acquire a full set.
he claimed that while the diet wasn’t too bad, that he couldn’t even give the soda that he didn’t drink away.
in the end, I still had to purchase 2 or 3 of the caps from japanese ebay sellers to complete my set. (there were 15 different caps for both the regular and the diet versions of pepsi twist).
I went to snatch these up myself, that’s a great price if you like that kind of thing. Too bad it was gone before I got there…
That price isn’t bad really. I bought them about 4 years ago for $50 + $20 EMS shipping!
