The first 3 have already been removed and it looks like the rest will be taken down by the end of the day. It's a shame really. I have spoken with the person who is running the auctions and have been assured that the removed auctions will be relisted in accordance with ebay's policies, so don't be surprised if you see these items get relisted. It sounds like it is a Canadian-only version. I'm sort-of surprised people are that excited to buy it as generally the SNES version of Final Fight 1 isn't very highly regarded (although I always loved it) but I guess being mega-rare means it will sell for a high price no matter what!
