Machester United GBs aren't extremely rare. You can buy one for less than 20 GBP as I did. Yes, it's loose and a bit scratched. I've never seen one boxed.

Yes, Havoc is an early name for King Arthur’s World. Very interesting, but certainly not worth $1000.
