This is pretty much a rant because of a bad experience I’ve had with one of my webhosts lately. Finding a company to host a website for you isn’t exactly a difficult task finding one that is consistently reliable is a differnt matter however.

gameSniped for example, is hosted by 4ph.com. It’s definitely not the cheapest solution out there, but you do get what you pay for. It’s a company I’ve used for nearly seven years, and I’ve never had a bad word to saw about them.

On the other hand, I’ve used a company called Webkeepers for another site. These guys are by far, the worst web hosting I have ever dealt with. Their support, downtime and general lack of any reliability or even intelligence are utterly unforgivable.
