We were all wrong about the rarity of this game. According to this auction: Listed as being worth $200 by Beckett Spotlight (Cheatcode Magazine) for cartridge alone (without box).

It’s a steal for a $15.00 BIN! Odd this is the second time he’s had to relist it though.

Yeah, the rip in the label only has a minor effect on the rarity. :p

SMB/DH is under no circumstances worth even $10, let alone $200.
